Meet The Hosts

John Fleming

John Fleming

I live by the sea in the wonderful West Cork. The West Cork community offers an eclectic mix of people who have all shaped my core values. This has allowed me to progress my career in a way which is helpful to society while staying true to who I am.

I am a coach, trainer and management consultant. I am also currently working as a trainee Psychotherapist. I work with adolescents, adults, teams and organisations.

My approach to my work is predominantly informed by Transactional Analysis theory & philosophy. Alongside this I also regularly use EQ, Systems Thinking, NLP, LEAN Six Sigma, and Business Analysis theories in my work. I work holistically with the heart, mind and body in all that I do.

My core values are:

Personal Integrity

Personal Responsibility

Equal Dignity

Co-Host, Producer

Of the many roles I have, being a TA student is one that I find both stimulating and richly rewarding. Despite studying the sciences at Uni, after graduation, I soon realised that working with people is the type of work that most energises me.

I am married with two adult children, who we are extremely proud of, and despite living busy lives, family is the priority. I live in Cambridge, which is a very inspirational environment, rich in culture, a great place for families and we are surrounded by the most wonderful community of friends and neighbours.

My current work-roles include being a therapist/counsellor, mindfulness coach and owner/manager of a physiotherapy business with my wife, Sara. My passion is facilitating personal growth via one-to-one appointments, classes, teaching/speaking and group work. The common threads through all of these roles are my love for people and my belief in human potential – our remarkable ability to change and adapt, both in mind and body.
